- How will I be billed?
- We offer both monthly and annual billing options. You can pay by credit card online or over the phone. Our Enterprise plan also has the option of invoicing. Contact us for details.
- Is my data and customer information secure?
- You can rest assured that all your important company data and client information is secure. FitElephants is PCI compliant when it comes to processing payment data through our partners. Our architecture and technical procedures ensure that all data is protected to the highest standard.
- Do you limit the amount of members I can have in my account?
- Our main goal here at FitElephants is to help you grow your business, so no matter what plan you choose you'll always be able to add unlimited members for free.
- What support will I get setting up my account?
- All of our plans include one-on-one onboarding, where you will have a Customer Experience Manager to help you import your customer data and get your account set up for success. You'll also have access to our Knowledge Base and training videos to help you grow your business.
- Can I import my client data from another software or service?
- Absolutely! Our Customer Experience Managers will help you import client info, member ID, membership balances, staff profiles, etc. That way you immediately have access to all the important stuff you need to run your business. Best of all, your first data migration import is completely FREE.
